Biosensor, LLV. is wholly owned by IVI Smart Technologies. As a specialized research and development company, it has been organized to attract top researchers. Offering a complete system from together with sister subsidiaries E-Smart Technologies's Super Smart Card and IVI's BVS2, Biosensor's FPS is well posistioned to become commonplace.

As the smart card and finger print sensor market is dominated by a handful of large companies, IVI has partnered with a number of established manufacturers, system integrators, government agencies and marketing groups. Our close relationship with Samsung SDS helped us obtain the Student Management System contract in South Korea. Daewoo International is currently offering our card to numerous governments under a marketing and system integration agreement. In China, IVI is dealing with two Chinese corporations, one principally owned by entities controlled by the Chinese Ministry of Information Industry ("MII") a super-agency overseeing telecommunications, multimedia, broadcasting, satellites, and the Internet.
